Textile Conversion Programme

The Textile Conversion Programme upskills enterprising artisans, with the aim of building a viable craft business. The programme includes training in using Belgotex yarn to weave high-quality baskets, rugs, and various other homeware products, which are then sold via select retail outlets.

Goals

Each programme has a set of goals designed to unlock the potential of its candidates. These goals are central to our process of continually measuring and maximising our impact.
Goal 1
Sales of at least 100 rugs per year.
Goal 2
Sales of at least 300 non-rug products each year.
Goal 3
Train 15 candidates per year.
